Warranty & Polices

Warranty:

All new products sold by Boost Daddy.com / Boost Daddy Sales have the manufactures original warranty. No other warranty is available, either written or implied.

Policies:

1. Returns: No returns after 90 days. No returns on special ordered parts. No returns without getting prior approval from Boost Daddy.com or Boost Daddy Sales. All returns must be shipped prepaid. No freight collect shipment will be allowed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
2. Warranty Returns: All merchandise returned for warranty consideration, inspection, repair, etc. must be sent prepaid and insured. Please include name, address, phone number, and explanation of the problem or repair needed. All warranty returns must have prior approval. Boost Daddy.com / Boost Daddy Sales will return warranties back at the most cost effective way. Any additional freight upgrades will be at the customer's expense. The warranty only covers replacement or repair of the product only and does not cover the cost of removal and/or installation. There is absolutely no warranty on the following: (A) Any product used in racing applications (B) Any product that has been physically altered, or improperly installed or maintained (C) Any product used in improper applications, abused or not used in conjunction with proper parts.
3. Special Orders: All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The balance will be due and paid in full before parts will be shipped. No returns on special orders.
4. Prices & Payment: All prices are subject to change without notice. No C.O.D. payments are allowed. Acceptable forms of payment are:  Cashiers check, Money Order, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and Pay-Pal
